Users can also continuously monitor their heart rate via the included chest strap--a must when you need to stay in your target heart rate zone. And to keep you focused during intense cardio activity, the watch includes high and low target zone alarms. Should you exceed or fall below your target heart rate zone, the watch will tell you whether you should speed up or slow down.
